Meet The Team
Kalena is a fitness professional who has a passion for learning about all things involving exercise and nutrition. She infuses her love of fitness into every class she teaches and will inspire riders to embrace each workout with her, ultimately finding their healthiest selves
Indoor cycling is all about connecting to the music, so Kalena will ask you to move with or even "step in front of " the beat. Her choreography is challenging and her intervals are often relentless, but you're guaranteed to leave the studio feeling better than when you walked in (and maybe still sweating long after you've showered)!
Kalena resides in Lower Village Kennebunk with her husband, daughter and their beautiful blue-eyed rescue dog. She's been putting booties in the saddle since 2012.
Certifications include: Group Fitness ACE, Les Mills BodyPump and YogaFit.
Marcio, a native of Brazil, is the epitome of adventure and fitness. We are thrilled to have him as an instructor at Maine Revolution. He lives in Biddeford Pool with his family. You will often see Marcio and his wife, Theresa, riding their tandem along the coast.
In Marcio's classes he will make you laugh, all the while giving you a great ride.
Leslie is the Owner of Get Out There Fitness, a beach bootcamp in Kennebunk. Leslie's passion is fitness and opening peoples eyes so they can begin to live and breath a healthy lifestyle inside and out. Leslie has an extensive background in yoga, personal training, running, cycling, skiing, sports conditioning, surfing and is an endurance enthusiast up for any fitness challenge!
Leslie brings her high energy to every class and pushes riders to be their best and get stronger.
Leslie lives in Kennebunk with her husband, Jack, and their two daughters, Sienna and Lola.
Lindsey Heard loves everything cycling, whether it be indoors teaching spin or riding outside on her road bike. Teaching since 2011, Lindsey hopes to instill confidence, energy and laughter in her riders. Lindsey's approach to cycling is about combining hard work with a positive mindset. You will often hear her say:
"Who do you want to be on the bike?" For Lindsey the answer is: MY STRONGEST SELF!
Lindsey's classes are about tapping into your strength, getting lost in the music and coming out feeling empowered (yet exhausted). It is never about competition with others but about the team effort, the group connection.
In addition to cycling Lindsey enjoys running, hiking and spending time with her family. Opening Maine Revolution in Kennebunk is a dream come true for Lindsey.
