Lindsey Heard loves everything cycling, whether it be indoors teaching spin or riding outside on her road bike. Teaching since 2011, Lindsey hopes to instill confidence, energy and laughter in her riders. Lindsey's approach to cycling is about combining hard work with a positive mindset.
